Monoblock Body Resistant to High Torques
IBT square drive hydraulic torque wrench produces torque up to 72.000 Nm and offers plenty of solutions compared to cassette models. It allows you to tighten or loosen the bolts in between M14-M125. It is resistant to heavy conditions required high torques thanks to its aluminum-titanium monoblock body.
Square Drive
The IBT square drive hydraulic torque wrenches have square drives in different sizes from 3/4″ to 2 1/2″ depending on the model and are designed to be mounted and dismounted with a single button easily. The side of square drive attached to the hydraulic torque wrench body has range gear, and the side that drives the socket is square.
Socket Options
Many hexagonal or imbus sockets can be attached to the square drive, depending on the bolt size. In this way, you can torque many bolts and nuts in a wide range of sizes with a single hydraulic torque wrench. However, the socket is optional and the hexagonal or metric size of the bolt must be specified when quotation request. Please click for options.
Oil Inlet
The IBT series square drive hydraulic torque wrench provides easy use in all conditions, regardless of angle thanks to its 180˚ and 360˚ rotatable, movable oil inlet port with two different degrees of freedom. In other words, while the oil inlet mechanism rotates 360˚ around its own axis, it has the ability to rotate 180˚ circularly in the plane.
Pressure-Torque Chart
Hidrom provides the IBT series together with the table showing the calibrated torque values according to the pressure and the calibration certificate of the device. At the same time, there is pressure-torque conversion plate engraved on the body of the hydraulic torque wrench. So you can easily determine the torque value of the device with the help of this plate during torque application.
Easy Replaced Quick Couplers
Quick couplers provide the user with easy and quick hose connection. At the same time, one of the quick couplings in the IBT series is positioned as male and the other as female. This prevents incorrect coupling of the hoses. Thanks to its screw type locking mechanism, it provides you maximum safety usage.
Working Pressure and Hydraulic Torque
The IBT series hydraulic torque wrench operates at 700 bar pressure and offers a continuous torque accuracy of ±3%. The torque value of the device is determined by the hydraulic oil pressure applied using the hydraulic torque pump. The pressurized oil is transmitted to the piston in the solid mono block body of the torque wrench, then the piston extracts and turns the gear mechanism a certain turn. Each revolution of the gear creates torque force on the bolt or nut and is transmitted to the bolt or nut through the socket.
Steel Reinforced Reaction Arm
The IBT series has 360˚ angle adjustable reaction arm. The area that contacts the bolt or nut is reinforced with steel plates. Thus, a long lasting and safe usage is ensured. By locking the reaction arm to the body with the safety latch, you can maneuver very easily under heavy conditions and obtain a stable, solid and safe usage experience.
Twin Hose
Hydraulic torque wrenches are used with twin hydraulic hoses and the working pressure of these hoses is 700 bar. The twin hose, which provides oil transfer between the pump and the hydraulic torque wrench, is resistant to heavy conditions in the working area thanks to its double steel wire.
